The curricula for the Bachelor of Arts degrees requires a minimum of 120 US credits. At least 30 credits must be enrolled through Global University, 15 of which must be in the student's major. Students who plan to continue their studies in graduate school or seminary are strongly advised to complete Greek courses.

Four-Year BA Degree in Bible and Theology

The Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology is designed to provide the biblical and theological knowledge necessary for students to carry out Christian ministry in the local church and/or to pursue advanced academic studies. After successfully completing this curriculum, students will be able to properly interpret the Bible, demonstrate a working knowledge of the history and application of Christian theology, preach and teach the gospel in a local cultural setting, conduct programs in their local churches that will facilitate the ongoing vitality of the Christian faith, and pursue advanced academic studies.

Learning Outcomes

1. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Old and New Testaments. 2. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the theological principles that serve as a foundation of Pentecostal Christian faith. 3. Develop and demonstrate written and oral communication skills. 4. Apply relevant biblical and theological principles in local ministry contexts. 5. Exhibit an awareness and appreciation of the various areas of general education: humanities; fine arts; social, behavioral, and natural sciences; mathematics; oral and written communication; and computer skills. 6. Continue the appreciation and practice of lifelong learning. 7. Participate effectively in Christian ministry.

Degree Audit

The actual modules, and number of credits will be determined by the program audit specialist at Global University USA. The following is a typical Undergraduate Bachelors of Arts Degree in Bible and Theology.

Costs

The total amount of the program depends on the number of modules the students need to take. The number of modules depends on previous credits that the students would have previously acquired from accredited institutions that can be transferred into the program. Typically, the full program will include about forty modules. They vary from one (US) credit to three credits. The breakdown cost of the credits is as follows:
